Retail crime and shoplifting are growing concerns both nationally and locally. Businesses in Acton continue to suffer from these offences, and as your Safer Neighbourhoods Team, we are committed to finding effective ways to reduce this type of criminal activity.

While arrest and prosecution remain important tools, we are also exploring alternative approaches to deter and disrupt offenders—particularly by focusing on those who enable these crimes by purchasing stolen goods.

We are asking for your help.

The purpose of this survey is to gather anonymous intelligence that will allow us to target resources more effectively and take action against those contributing to retail crime in our community.

Your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and used for intelligence purposes only. The survey can be completed anonymously, and no personal details are required.

Together, we can make Acton a safer and more secure place for everyone.
