Please share your views regarding the Met Engage administration system

Met Engage has been live since June 2025 and is fully launched in the Metropolitan area.  We need to know how you are finding the system to use, what gaps in your knowledge are their and if you have any suggestions for its development. 

 

The “Rapport” system refers to the mobile admin screen that you use to perform surveys and send messages etc.
